Koopmans Mix Apple Tart – 440g

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F, grease spring form. Soak raisins for 15 min. in lukewarm water. Beat 175g marg. until light and fluffy. Add 2/3 of 1beaten egg and then contents of package. Mix until you have a solid dough. Cover bottom & edges of spring form with 2/3 of the dough. Peel & core about 6 apples. Cut apples in small pieces, add 75g raisins, 50g sugar & 2 tsps. cinnamon. Spread apple mix on top of dough pan & press down firmly. Use the remaining dough to make small flat strips, weave this on top on the cake. Brush top with remaining 1/3 egg. Place pie in preheated oven. Bake for 60-75 minutes till apples are cooked & crust is brown. Let cool.
