Koopmans Mix Butter Cake – 400g (BB 22/04/2025)

Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 400 F. Grease 9 inch spring form pan. Cream 1 cup (200g)soft butter or margarine in a mixing bowl, add contents of pkg, and 2/3 of 1 beaten egg (keep remaining egg for top). Knead mixture with blender. Place the dough into a springform pan and flatten with a spoon. Brush the top with remaining beaten egg. Bake for 25 min. til done and golden brown. Cool 1 hour before removing pan.
